Yes. Bartley Corrigan Contractor is a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #743322. We can share a copy of the license on request.
Ten roofing services under one license: roof leak diagnosis and repair, flat roofs, tile roofs, asphalt shingle roofing, polyurethane foam roofing, shake roofing, silicone elastomeric coatings, cool roof coatings (Title-24 compliant), tile roof painting, and metal roof painting.
Palm Springs is our home base. Estimates are free. We come walk the property with you and write up a proposal with the work, materials, and price, no obligation.

Yes. Every project carries a written warranty. The specific terms depend on the system and the surface and are spelled out in your proposal before any work starts.
It depends on the scope: a leak repair or coating job typically finishes in a few working days, while a full tile lift-and-relay or multi-section re-roof runs longer. The estimated timeline is written into your proposal.
Yes. For tile and metal roof painting we walk through colors that suit your home and the desert sun, and put test samples on a few tiles or a panel before you commit to the whole roof.
Comprehensive. We protect landscaping, walkways, vehicles, and pool decks. On re-roofs we tear off the old roofing in controlled sections, inspect and replace any rotted decking, install new underlayment, and detail every flashing, valley, and penetration before the new roofing goes on. Magnetic sweep and full clean-up at the end so you don't find a single nail in the driveway.
Two options. We can salvage and re-use enough good tile from the field to do the visible repair, then fill less-visible areas with a close match. Or we can blend a complementary tile across the field for a uniform look. Either way, the result is clean, not patchwork.
Both, depending on the roof. Tile, metal, and shingle roofs can be painted with the right specialty primer and topcoat. Flat and low-slope roofs are often better candidates for a reflective elastomeric coating.
Yes. Tile, asphalt shingle, and flat-roof systems. Tear-off, deck inspection, new underlayment and flashing, and the new roofing material installed to manufacturer spec.
You don't have to. We tarp landscaping, walkways, AC units, and pool surrounds, place the dumpster where it does not damage the driveway, run a magnetic sweep for nails, and clean up at the end of every workday.
